EVE Debuts e-zTest MIPI CSI-2 and MIPI DSI Validation Platforms

EVE introduced the e-zTest MIPI CSI-2 and e-zTest MIPI DSI validation platforms. The new application-specific debug solutions support the Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) Alliance wireless standards for Camera Serial Interface (CSI-2) and Display Serial Interface (DSI). The two new wireless system-on-chip (SoC) validation platforms are the first commercial synthesizable virtual components for SoC emulation that meet MIPI standards. Mentor Graphics Questa Verification IP Supports MIPI Alliance Specifications

Mentor Graphics’ Questa Verification IP (VIP) now supports several MIPI Alliance specifications. This includes CSI, DSI and the recently announced LLI. Questa VIP is a comprehensive solution for SystemVerilog OVM and UVM test benches. Questa VIP support for MIPI protocols is available now for select customers.

Synopsys DesignWare 3G DigRF, CSI-2 Controller, and D-PHY MIPI IP

Synopsys introduced three new DesignWare MIPI IP. The DesignWare consists of 3G DigRF Controllers and PHYs for MIPI DigRF V3 standard interface; CSI-2 Synthesizable controller for MIPI CSI-2 Host application; and D-PHY Physical Layer for MIPI CSI-2, DSI, and UniPro standard interfaces. The DesignWare 3G DigRF master and slave controllers and PHY, CSI-2 host controller and D-PHY are available now in 65nm and 40nm process technologies.

Tektronix DPO7000 Series Oscilloscopes Support MIPI

Tektronis has made several enhancements to the DPO7000 Series Oscilloscopes. Some of these improvements are: support for the Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) D-PHY standard, new UART/RS-232 protocol analysis software, and four passive probes and three analysis tools as part of standard configurations. The new MIPI D-PHY and UART/RS-232 options are available now for the DPO7000 Series and DPO/DSA70000B Series. The new MIPI solution is available on the new MSO70000 Series as well.
