Analog Devices will host a webinar on the fundamentals digital to analog converter (DAC). The 60-minute webcast will take place on May 11, 2011, at 12:00 pm ET. The title of the online seminar is: Fundamentals of Designing with Semiconductors for Signal Processing Applications: Digital to Analog Converters. The ADI webinar is the second part of a three-part tutorial series.
The webcast will focus on the conversion of analog electrical signals into digital signals, which can then be analyzed and manipulated by DSP, microcontrollers, and other embedded processors. The webinar will present the fundamentals of the digital to analog converter, including basic DAC architectures, understanding DAC errors, how to read a DAC data sheet, and how to choose the right DAC. Each webinar includes a Q&A with a technical expert.
The online seminar is intended for both experienced engineers and students new to the field. The ADI event will be presented by David Kress, Director of Technical Marketing, Analog Devices. Kress is a veteran analog applications engineer with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
