Pulsic Unity 2009.1 for Physical Chip Design

Posted by Ken Cheung in EDA Tools on Thursday, June 18, 2009

Unity 2009.1, from Pulsic, is the latest release of their physical chip design software suite. Unity 2009.1 features OpenAccess core support, common options format, and flow-routing bus routing option. With flow-routing, a bus will automatically route (flow) around obstacles by splitting and re-grouping. Tolerances can be set for obstacle size to optimise layout area. Unity increases productivity, decreases design area, and increases yield for even the most challenging custom digital, mixed-signal, and analog IC designs.
