NEC Electronics Announces High-speed Optocouplers
NEC Electronics has newly introduced the IGBT drive optocoupler PS9301 and the high-speed couplers PS8302, PS9303, PS9313 and PS9317 (Distribution: Gleichmann Electronics) in a 6-pin SDIP (Shrink Dual Inline Package) with pin pitch of 1.27 mm. The 6-pin SDIP occupies about 50% less mounting area on the PCB than a comparable 8-pin DIP.

Mistral Announces Curtiss Wright XMC-710 NVIDIA G73M Graphics Card
Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd. announced the availability of the XMC-710 XMC mezzanine module, a NVIDIA G73M-based graphics display control card from Curtiss Wright. Designed for use in VME, VPX and CompactPCI systems, the XMC-710 provides system integrators with an integrated high performance graphics display controller ideal for demanding graphics and video applications.

Korenix Unveils JetBox 9310 Embedded Computer for Harsh Environments
JetBox 9310 embedded computer is now available in a wide temperature model designed for use in harsh industrial environments. JetBox 9310 is a RISC-based embedded computer, system memory 64MB SDRAM default (128MB optional) and carries all major interfaces such as five Ethernet ports, two USB2.0 ports, two RS-232 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports, four digital inputs, four digital outputs and one SD card slot.
