Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY) has issued a call for papers for VOICE 2008, the third annual conference for Verigy customers and partners using the V93000 SOC Series and the V5000 Series of memory testers. Paper proposals are welcomed for the following four technology tracks: Communications; Processors and Converters; High-Speed Digital Interfaces; and Memory (SDRAM, SRAM, Flash, DDR, and high-speed memory), as well as the Test Techniques and Methodologies and Productivity and Software Tools tracks. Abstracts must be submitted by May 1, 2008. VOICE 2008 will be held Sept. 23 - 24, 2008, in San Jose, Calif.

VOICE attendees represent the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, so participants benefit from the considerable collective knowledge and experience of this group. To honor the best contributions to the conference, the VOICE 2008 Best Paper Award will be presented to the two best papers of the conference, as chosen by their peers.

In each technology track, VOICE 2008 papers will address device technology, measurement specifics, test time reduction, new Verigy solutions, industry standards and future test requirements and challenges. Details on the technical program tracks and the submission guidelines are available online.
