University of Notre Dame to Establish Nanoelectronics Research Center
Governor Mitch Daniels, IBM, Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announced plans to open a $61 million nanoelectronics research center on the campus of the University of Notre Dame.
