Gleichmann Offers NEC’s PS85/95 Family of High Speed Optocouplers
Gleichmann Electronics has broadened its product offering with NEC Electronics’ new PS85/95 family of high-speed optocouplers. The new PS85/95 optocoupler series feature 5000 Vrms isolation voltage, >0.4 mm isolation distance, >8 mm outer creepage distance, minimum common mode ratio (CMR) of 15KV/ìs and a comparatively high output voltage of maximum 35V.

Mindspeed Deploys Denali’s Databahn DDR Memory Controller IP

Comcerto 100 Series packet processors enable service providers to cost-effectively support sophisticated applications, high-performance packet processing and quality of service (QoS) for the triple-play broadband home and small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) markets. Mindspeed engineers used Denali’s Databahn(TM) DDR controller IP to achieve optimal system-level performance for its DRAM systems in the design of the Comcerto 100 Series devices.
