TI Unveils Multi-Channel, 24-bit Industrial Analog-to-Digital Converters
Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE: TXN) introduced a pair of multi-channel, 24-bit industrial analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), which combine outstanding DC accuracy and AC performance with cost-effective integration. The ADS1274 (4-channel) and ADS1278 (8-channel) provide a delta-sigma, simultaneous-sampling measurement system for demanding multi-channel signal acquisition applications, such as vibration analysis, medical monitoring, industrial and energy metering equipment.

ZiLOG Rolls Out AcclaimPlus! ASSP for Connectivity Anytime, Anywhere
ZiLOG(R), Inc. Telechips Multimedia Development Kit Features CSR Bluetooth, WiFi
CSR announced that Telechips' latest multimedia software development kit features wireless connectivity using CSR's BlueCore4-ROM for Bluetooth and UniFi-1 Portable for WiFi technologies. BlueCore will allow users to wirelessly connect to stereo Bluetooth headphones, and UniFi will allow connection to access points for downloading music or video files, or to a PC for file transfer.
