Verigy Tanks High in VLSI Research Customer Survey
Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, announced it ranked among the best rated semiconductor equipment suppliers in China, according to a VLSI Research customer satisfaction survey. In VLSI Research’s annual customer satisfaction survey, customers from China rated 64 equipment suppliers in thirteen criteria.
