TSMC, Synopsys Offer CCS Model Support for 65nm Process

The 96M1542F NanoServer from DSM Computer’s E1 range is available either as a simple controller unit or as a measured value and communications server. The embedded system, implemented for tough industrial environments, has a C7 VIA processor C7, which functions without a fan at a maximum clock frequency of 1.0 GHz. The main memory can be extended with 533 MHz DDR2 RAM up to a capacity of 1 GB.
