  • Fujitsu Microelectronics Launches Fastest CMOS 14-bit DAC
    Fujitsu Microelectronics America (FMA) introduced a new 14-bit, 1.3GSa/s digital-to-analog converter (DAC), a single-channel device derived from the successful and award-winning MB86064 dual 14-bit, 1GSa/s DAC developed by Fujitsu in 2003.
  • UMC, Integrand Enhance 90nm, 0.13 Micron RFCMOS Design Tools, Models
    Integrand Software, Inc., an EDA software company and UMC (NYSE:UMC), a leading global semiconductor foundry, announced that their ongoing collaboration has resulted in new advances and enhanced capabilities for RF/mixed mode IC designers designing into 90nm and 0.13 micron nodes.
