    u-Nav Microelectronics, developer of the world’s smallest and lowest power Global Positioning System (GPS) solutions, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to settle the patent infringement lawsuit and dispute with SiRF Technology, Inc. As part of the settlement, u-Nav has granted SiRF a license to certain u-Nav GPS patents, and SiRF has granted u-Nav a license to certain SiRF GPS patents.
