• IBASE Debuts Motherboard with Core 2 Duo Processor, Q965 Express Chipset

• Mentor Graphics Rolls Out EDGE Development Suite for $2995
  Mentor Graphics Corporation (Nasdaq: MENT) today announced the EDGE(TM) Development Suite, a bundled version of its EDGE Development Tools, including integrated development environment (IDE), software simulator, compiler and debugger, priced at only $2,995. • Mentor Graphics Nucleus IPv6 Software Receives TTA's IPv6 Certification
  Mentor Graphics Corporation (Nasdaq: MENT) today announced that, through its collaboration with customer LG-Nortel, the Nucleus(R) IPv6 software has been certified by the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA), a Korean organization that develops new standards and provides testing and certification for information technology (IT) products. Now, developers can feel confident that the networking applications they build using the Nucleus IPv6 software are stable, reliable and can fully communicate with other Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6)-compatible devices, worldwide.



• Jazz Semiconductor and Acquicor Technology to Merge
  Jazz Semiconductor announced today that it has entered into a merger agreement with Acquicor Technology Inc. under which Jazz will merge with a wholly owned subsidiary of Acquicor in an all-cash transaction valued at $260 million, subject to adjustment based on Jazz's working capital and for possible future contingent payments. Following the merger, Jazz will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Acquicor and will continue to operate as Jazz Semiconductor. Completion of the merger is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2007.
• MEN Micro's F17 cPCI SBC Features Intel 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo Processor

• RadioScape Ranks 36th in Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100
  RadioScape, a world leader in digital multimedia head-end and receiver technology, has been ranked as the 36th fastest growing technology company in the UK in the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100. • WinSystems Debuts Fanless 1 GHz Ultra Low Power Celeron-M Industrial SBC
  WinSystems announced their EBC-855-G, an EBX-compatible, Intel 1GHz ultra low-power, Celeron(R) (Dothan core) single board computer (SBC). It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40° to +70°Celsius. Target applications include MIL/COTS, industrial automation, medical/diagnostic equipment, communications, security, test and measurement, and outdoor transaction terminals. The board has been designed with parts designated for long-term availability in the embedded market and is priced at only $595 (quantity = 1).
• Ikivo Powers Over 100 Million Mobile SVG Handsets
