    Ramtron International Corporation (Nasdaq: RMTR), a leading developer and supplier of non-volatile ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) and integrated semiconductor products, today expanded its portfolio of serial memory products with the launch of the FM24C512, a half-megabit non-volatile FRAM product with an industry standard 2-wire serial interface. The FM24C512 is targeted for use in applications that require high capacity data collection such as utility metering and real-time configuration storage.

  • Aeroflex Updates Software for 2975 Radio Test Set
    Aeroflex has announced the availability of a new version of software for the 2975 Project 25 Radio Test Set. Software Release 1.9.2 delivers new test features designed to provide additional test data for P25 radios. Release 1.9.2 adds the functionality of an Eye Diagram for P25 Waveform analysis. With this diagram, users can quickly see the C4FM deviation points as well as any offset or imbalance in the four frequency levels corresponding to the C4FM modulation (+/- 600Hz and +/- 1800Hz). This new Eye Diagram feature is included in Option 2975OPT30 Modulation Analysis and is free of charge.

Flash Player SDK is the profile of the Flash Player developed for consumer electronics devices. Opera customers who are running the full-featured Opera browser on products such as portable media players, HDTVs, set-top boxes and even game consoles now have the option to include Flash 7 on their devices.
