  • RTI, Concurrent Team on Navy’s Aegis Open Architecture Program
    Real-Time Innovations, Inc. (RTI), The Real-Time Middleware Company, and Concurrent Computer Corporation today announced that they have partnered to provide RTI’s standards-based real-time data distribution middleware with Concurrent’s RedHawk Linux in support of the U.S. Navy’s Aegis Open Architecture program.
  • Innovasic Semiconductor Ships Over One Million Chips
    Innovasic Semiconductor, a leader in replacement integrated circuit (IC) and microcontroller solutions, today announced that it has now shipped over one million replacement ICs. Innovasic produces replacement ICs using its MILES(TM) (Managed IC Lifetime Extension System) technology. MILES, in combination with copyrighted software and advanced EDA tools, allows the company to efficiently develop a fully compatible replacement for discontinued ICs. MILES also verfies the replacement against the original IC so that even the “undocumented features” are duplicated.

    Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (“SMIC” or the “Company”) hereby announces that it has been informed of the filing of a complaint instituting a lawsuit by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (“TSMC”) in respect of an alleged breach of the settlement agreement entered into between the Company and TSMC on January 30, 2005 concerning patents and trade secret litigations between the Company and TSMC (“Settlement Agreement”).
