Using One Voice's mceSpeechTools, Embedded Automation has enabled voice command and control to their popular mControl home automation software. Through the convergence of these technologies, customers are able to simply speak using voice recognition to control everything from lighting, thermostats and appliances, to home entertainment content such as movies, music and photos. Voice control capabilities will be available as part of the upcoming release of mControl version 1.55. To take advantage of the voice feature in mControl, customers will need to purchase separately One Voice's Media Center Communicator.
